 Club Beverly Farms

Don’t miss out on the fun!  On Saturday, April 14th from 6-8 PM, Club Beverly Farms will be rockin’ with DJ and good times!  We will have glitter tattoos created by talented artists.  There will be yummy concessions, board games, and arts and crafts. Coach Doug will be leading the kids in nonstop activity.  Of course, we will once again have Bingo with many fabulous prizes.  Hope to see you there!  (The last CBF of the year will be on May 12.)

Spirit Night

There’s no need to cook on Tuesday, April 17th!  It’s Spirit Night at California Pizza Kitchen at the mall.  Dine any time that day and mention Beverly Farms, and we’ll receive a percentage of sales.

Kindergarten Orientation

Help us welcome next year’s kindergarten class on Tuesday, April 24th and/or Wednesday, April 25th!  If you are able to volunteer either or both days, please email bfes.ptapresident@gmail.com.

Multicultural Fair

The Multicultural Fair is a wonderful way for Beverly Farms families to share their cultures.

We are looking for hosting families to create informative displays and may bring food samples, traditional crafts, clothing or other artifacts from their countries. Volunteers are needed to represent the many cultures that make up our community!

The Multicultural Fair will be held Sunday, April 29th, 4 – 6 pm at Beverly Farms Elementary School All-Purpose room.

If you can host a table, please contact Orit Almagor almagor.orit@gmail.com .

Thank you for your support!  Please note that PTA are offering a stipend of up to $75 per table (on receipt of documented expenses) to cover costs for food and materials.  To find out if your home country is represented please email Orit!

Spring Book Fair

For the first time (since my kids have been at BFES) we are going to have a Spring Scholastic Book Fair! What a perfect way to get ready for summer reading! The Fair will run from Monday, April 30th through Friday, May 4th! It will be a smaller fair than the one in the fall, but you will still find amazing titles your students will love! Each classroom will visit the fair and parents are always welcome to drop by. We will need lots of volunteers to make it successful. Be on the lookout for signups later this week!

Yearbook Order Deadline

Don’t forget to buy your yearbook, $25/book till the end of April.  Deadline is April 30th!  Go to the link: ybpay.lifetouch.com/Order and enter the school code: 11372018.  Email us if you have any questions: bfesyrbook@gmail.com

 PTA Meeting

Join us for our final PTA meeting of the year on Tuesday, May 1st from 7-9 PM.  We will be voting on next year’s PTA board at this meeting!  There are several open positions that still need to be filled, so please email bfes.ptapresident@gmail.com if you are interested in learning more about these opportunities.  Being on the board is a great way to support our kids’ school, bring new ideas to fruition, get to know other parents, and work with the BFES staff!

Staff Appreciation Week

Help us show our teachers and staff members how much we love and appreciate them during Staff Appreciation Week May 3-9.  Keep an eye out for Signup Genius information and more details about how you can help!
