Message from the PTA President

Summer is just about upon us, so I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for an incredibly rewarding year as PTA president.  We accomplished so much as a community and did just about everything we set out to do at the beginning of the year.  We have a new website, our budget is in solid shape, and we were able to sponsor dozens of incredible educational, cultural arts, and community-building programs throughout the year.

Just think about all of the in-school assemblies your child enjoyed, the beautiful new rock garden our kids created with the artist in residence, a bustling Bingo Night, an engaging S.T.E.A.M. Night, and so much more!  We were also able to support our hard-working and talented teachers with supplements to their classroom supplies and educational online resources they need to help our students grow.  We couldn’t have done all of this without all so many parent volunteers and a wonderful partnership with Mr. Delisle and the rest of our BFES staff.

Good luck to all families who are graduating.  I heard from one parent who feels like her family is leaving Beverly Farms in better shape than ever, so hopefully you all feel the same.  If you will be back in the fall, please look out for information this summer about how to get involved again to ensure another great year.  (Also, see below for a list of open PTA positions.)

Have a great summer!

Rachel Kerchner
