CLUB BEVERLY FARMS

Club Beverly Farms [2017-2018]

Club Beverly Farms (CBF) is an extremely fun activity night (drop off!) including sports, arts and crafts, various theme activities (glitter tattoos, photo booths), dancing/games/prizes with a DJ, moon bounce, obstacle courses, bingo, and more!

CBF is held from 6–8 PM on select Saturdays for grades K–5.  CBF meets six times between October and May!  Kindergarteners will be invited to join for January–May (4 nights) at a prorated fee.  Concessions are available for purchase in the all-purpose room. (Pizza, snacks and drinks.  Water is provided.)

CBF is a parent-run activity, so we require at least one parent or guardian per each registrant to volunteer for at least one of the six events.  The payment information is included on the current registration form. Click here for registration form.

  • Elementary aged siblings of BFES students and who live in BFES district (they may attend another school for whatever reason, such as JDS, for example).
  • GT (gifted and talented) students who attended BFES in the past and are elementary aged and still live in BFES district.
  • Students who attended BFES in the past and are elementary aged and attend another school, such as JDS, for example.

You will play at BFES according to the posted rules or instructions given by parent volunteers. You accept responsibility for damages you cause at BFES.  If the code of conduct or posted rules are broken twice, the child will be sent home and not able to participate in future CBF nights the school year (no refunds).  No cell phones or electronic devices are permitted!

You understand that participation might involve physical activity that could result in injury. You assume all risk of injury.

Waiver:
You release BFES PTA from any liability for losses that may arise out of your participation at CBF.

Indemnity Agreement:
You will indemnify and defend us from any claims or suits made by anyone arising out of your activity at BFES.

Please review the Code of Conduct with my child:
My child and I agree to follow the rules, regulations, and directions of Club Beverly Farms. Beverly Farms Elementary School assumes no liability for damages arising from the results of participation. I hereby approve my child’s participation in this program and consent to emergency medical treatment for my child on my behalf. To the best of my knowledge there are no conditions that will interfere with my child’s participation.
