We LOVE Room Parents!
Being a room parent is a great way to support the school and your child’s class and it doesn’t require a huge time commitment. Responsibilities of a room parent vary from teacher to teacher and grade to grade, but mostly including:
- Creating the class list
- Helping to communicate messages on events and updates in the school community
- Planning class parties (normally Halloween and Valentine’s Day)
- Organize the class gift for the teacher 2x/year (holidays and end of year)
