As a tax-exempt nonprofit organization, BFES PTA relies on membership support and contributions to continue our important work to benefit our children and families. Beverly Farms has one of the most involved PTAs in Montgomery County. Let’s keep it up!
Why Join the PTA?
There are many reasons to join the PTA, but the number one reason is to benefit your child(ren). Research shows that children perform better when parents are involved both at home and school.
In addition, there is no better way to get connected and get to know what is happening at school. PTA connects you to other parents and teachers through meetings, events, and communications, helping to build a sense of community.
By becoming a PTA member, you will be demonstrating to your child/children the importance you place on education – thank you for being a great role model!

Ways to Join
1. Visit and create a free account at AtoZ Connect
PLEASE NOTE: AtoZ Connect has recently updated its platform. Even if you had a previous AtoZ Connect account, you must still register/create an account. If you use the same email address as your original account, you will be linked with your prior contact information. Also, please delete the old AtoZ Connect app and replace it with the updated phone app in order to access all of the new features.
After you have registered, please:
- Verify your contact information – keep our records up to date
- Renew or sign up for a PTA membership – thank you
- Buy Spirit Wear – they are comfortable and help build a sense of unity and pride
- Consider adding a tax-deductible donation to PTA – help us do more and better
- Review and sign up for volunteer opportunities – the more the merrier with volunteers
2. Submit the PTA membership form and return it to school, along with a check made out to “Beverly Farms ES PTA” in an envelope in your child’s backpack or drop it in the mail to:
